Jalan-jalan...Buang duit..(Money spending time)

Mama n ayah were so busy lately...they haven't got time to spent on the fotopages, and we of course were busy with very own activities. So: 
Last weekend, we went to Swindon designer outlet...we had never been there before, so ayah took us there. The Outlet was one time a railway station, now has been transformed to a shopping Mall. There we met with a malaysian lady (chinese) who is currently a lecturer at oxford U. She was originally from penang and married to a local man (english).
....on the way home...we stopped at ASDA , buying groceries...little adeena was enjoying her first time in the shopping trolley

Mama was very delighted at the end of the day (so was cik amy) as she got what she wanted....  apa ye????

When They Met The Dentist

Fatin and Adeeba have never been to the dentist before. Mama had an appointment with the dentist (actually it was her 4th appointment with the dentist) today. That was her last appointment 'for the time being', and mama brought us to the dentist for our first time dental check- up.
Actually it was not too late - because mama thinks that she was too late to bring us to the dentist. Practically, children should see the dentist once they had their first tooth (shouldn't they?). It's good to practice good dental hygiene to prevent tooth decay. (like what mama's had - she's got three fillings!!!!!!!)
Luckily, we've got this dentist to check our teeth. Why?????Because he is Malaysian| Quote: | | "proud to be Malaysian" |
and he's very friendly. Unluckily, mama still doesn't know his name after visiting him for the 4th time, she only knows his asisstant's name, that is Amanda Well done mama for being sooooo brave, because she has never been very brave to see a dentist until she met this one!   
Fatin had her teeth checked first, but Adeeba was not very sure wether she wanted or not her teeth to be seen by the dentist- ended up she didn't open her mouth at all!!! Before we left, the dentist gave us 2 stickers (like what he always does to all children) telling that we are very good in keeping our teeth clean at all time!!

Pre Ramadhan...Puasa Ganti Edition Part I

Thank you to Uncle Samad and Auntie Raihan n family for inviting us to their house for dinner last night. The nasi kerabu was soooooooooooooooooooo delicious, sama yg ada kat "bazaar Ramadhan" during fasting month in Malaysia. Next time do not hesitate to invite us again  especially for berbuka puasa....

Fruits and Flowers Farm

Last sunday, we went to a farm located at Bursledon near Portsmouth for fruits picking. It was sweetcorn and sunflower season. We were allowed to pick our own as many sweetcorn/flowers as we can. We can save 10 pence for each sweetcorn as compared to if we buy straight from the shop. It's an enjoyable and a challenging task in selecting good sweetcorns. About the sunflower, it can grow as big as a dinner plate.(I mean the size of the flower)....| Quote: | | tengok sunflower, teringat kuaci |

My First Week at school

I just started my schooling this week. On Monday, I was visited by my teachers (classroom teacher and assistant teacher) at home. They asked mum about myself. And then the next day (on tuesday) was my first day at Portswood Primary School. I'm in Year R ( Reception)....next year in September I'll be joining Year one... but I don't think that I can stay here (in UK) until September... because my family is going home early next year. I love and enjoy studying here in Southampton. All the teachers are very nice and friendly to me... I hope it will be the same when I go back to my country (Malaysia). Adeeba is now joining the playgroup.... as I did last year.

A day trip to North Wales
|
|
5am- mama and ayah woke up and prepared 'nasi lemak', 7am- my turn to be waken up by ayah
7.30am- the journey started (250 miles journey- from southampton to bangor (north wales) via birmingham, 1.00am- we arrived in Snowdonia National Park (located in northern wales) - visiting a few places such as llanberries, padarn, bangor- quite beautiful sceneries with rocky and mountanious landscapes all the way to bangor suitable for outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking; a few big lakes can also be found there .....after praying (jamak) and having lunch we started our journey back to southampton at 5 pm. We reached home at 11.40 pm.... What a tiring journey for ayah and Uncle Azlan (cars drivers). We ( myself-Fatin, ayah, mama and Adeena) went there together with Uncle Azlan, Auntie Nani, their son- Iman, Uncle Rozed and Uncle Raja. Unfortunely, Adeeba did not follow us because very hard to wake her up at early morning, (poor adeeba- she was staying at home with Cik Amy)  I really enjoy being the Model for this fotopage

My third daughter - Farheen Adeena
|
|
She was born at Princess Anne Hospital, Southampton, UK on 24th December 2004 (2 days before Tsunami hit Acheh...otherwise, if I was born on the 26th...my name was put after the place such as farha acheh... I suppose). She has a fascinating smile (with dimples the same as her eldest sister has) ..She is really a lovely little girl....Not much I can comment about her at the moment since she is still small....must wait and see until she reaches 1 year
care for a cuddle????

A Day in PARIS
|
|
We went to Paris a day after Disneyland. We didn't do much in Paris (coz mama n ayah dah penat sangat) except eating crepes (something like lempenglah...tapi sedap sikit),Ambik gambar kat bawah besi buruk tu...Eiffel Tower and river cruise ; at night.
Paris...I'll come again.....- mama tak puas woooo....tak puas shopping!!!!
